The Conference is organized and managed by (TIIKM)The International Institute of Knowledge Management (Pvt) Ltd.
You acknowledge and accept that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you which shall include but not be limited to announcements on social media. Such announcements shall not be disparaging or otherwise adverse to your business.
All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full payment prior to the Conference and on site.
TIIKM official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos, and audio recordings will be used for Conference-related activities included in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via TIIKM website and Social media for Conference purpose only. The information of the stakeholders will be used for the awareness campaigns and campaign materials.
If any participant confirmed his/her participation to the organizing committee by sending the proof (copy of the air ticket) and is not available to present at the conference will not be accepted (Entitled for physical and hybrid conferences).
The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) fully supports the copyright law of Sri Lanka requiring all of employees to fulfill the company’s moral and legal obligations with respect to the use of the copyright protected materials of others. To that end, and in fulfillment of our commitment to protect the principles of copyright in general, employees of TIIKM should seek permission to use copyrighted works whenever appropriate and, when unsure whether permission is required. TIIKM acknowledges that copyright infringement is a violation of the law and may impose civil and/or criminal liability on the individual infringer, as well as on the infringer’s employer. Therefore, every employee is required to comply with the copyright law and adhere to this copyright policy. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action. No employee of TIIKM may reproduce any copyrighted work in print, video or digital form in violation of the law. Works are considered protected and is governed by the Intellectual Property Act, No.36 of 2003 and employees of TIIKM must assume that most materials used are copyrighted until proven otherwise.
